I had a good week, almost everyday I went to a restaurant, I ate desert couple times but I watched my diet of course and here is the result:

Diet update: 12 weeks

weightI just finished 3 months dieting but no I’m not stopping here. Total of 30.6 pounds I lost, that means 10 pounds and change a month… I’m extremely happy. I going on vacation at the end of August and I wonder how much more I can loose until then.

Since I was not loosing as much as I wanted the previous weeks I was very strict this past week and I think the result shows. By the way I’m still not going shopping!…

Diet update: 11th week

weightIt’s Wednesday and here is my update. Our kitchen is hopefully going to be finished by next week and then I can go on track again but lately I’ve been going out to eat with my family and my weight loss is not as much as I’d like. Anyway it’s still going down though, slowly but arrow shows down.

This week’s weight loss is 0.08 pound.

Weight update: 10th week

weightThis is really big for me, I’m still on diet. I think it’s because it’s easy to follow and once you pass the hard part, then you just eat what you need to eat and loose weight. Now I love the food, I love the cereals or oatmeals or whatevet and the vegies. I never really wanted to eat these stuff before but now I love them, and this really surprises me. Weight update: 9th week

weightI know I couldn’t write here often lately but I was really really busy. Anyway back to the subject; I keep going on my diet and my weight keeps showing less and less every week. This weeks weight loss is 2.6 pound, that gives me total in 9 weeks 25.8 pounds.

I had some clothes from my skinnier days so I keep wearing them but nowadays they started to get loose too. I’m afraid! I have to go shopping soon…:)
