Now I have a chance to write it shortly so I&#8217;m just going to update my weight, I pretty much eat everything the same, still eating Nutrisystem and eat my snacks. I learned how to eat and how much to eat so it&#8217;s going good.<span id="more-801"></span></p>
<p>This week I&#8217;m including on the picture to show my weight since April 12th which is the date before Nutrisystem so don&#8217;t go thinking how I lost all this weight in 1 week.</p>
<p>Here it is: since April 12th my total weight loss is 20.5 pound. I think this is a pretty good result. Hopefully I&#8217;ll continue to loose at this pace.</p>

I always felt I could never follow a diet that&#8217;s why I never really tried but now I see that I can do it.<span id="more-792"></span></p>
<p>I try to mix my food on some days instead of eating Nutrisystem all the time, I think it&#8217;ll be harder to leave their food then. This past weekend was my daughter&#8217;s birthday so I ate pizza and ice cream on her birthday party and still lost weight. Ok without further delay here is the result;</p>
<p>Since April 22nd I lost total 12.3 pounds;</p>
<p>1st week 4.4   pounds</p>
<p>2nd week 2.6 pounds</p>
<p>3rd week 1.3  pounds</p>
<p>4th week 1.8 pounds</p>
<p><em><strong>5th week 2.2 pounds</strong></em></p>
<p>April 12th-April 22nd (before Nutrisystem) weight loss: 6 pounds</p>
<p>All in all my total weight loss is <em><strong>18.3</strong></em> pounds.</p>
