My Diet: 3rd week results

weight updateThis week I realized that I’m used to diet. It took a while but now I think that food (eating too much) is really bad for you and makes you sick. Before I always thought I loved food, I still do but since I started to diet I was trying to convince myself on something and finally I’m getting somewhere.

Sometimes I didn’t eat Nutrisystem food, instead I cooked or if I went to a restaurant to eat I always thought about my diet and didn’t cheat. According to Nutrisystem you can loose upto 1-1.5 pound a week. Now we’ll see if I’m on track; (more…)
