Here we go. 4th week is completed. First time in my life I’m following a diet wholeheartedly. I believe in myself and so far so good.This is how it’s going to be, I think I can wear high heels in a few months. I’m so happy.
This week I realized that I’m used to diet. It took a while but now I think that food (eating too much) is really bad for you and makes you sick. Before I always thought I loved food, I still do but since I started to diet I was trying to convince myself on something and finally I’m getting somewhere.
