Diet update: 11th week

weightIt’s Wednesday and here is my update. Our kitchen is hopefully going to be finished by next week and then I can go on track again but lately I’ve been going out to eat with my family and my weight loss is not as much as I’d like. Anyway it’s still going down though, slowly but arrow shows down.

This week’s weight loss is 0.08 pound.

Book Review Twenties GirlSo I’m in the library with my 6 year old and looking for an audio book. We love going to library, she gets 5-6 books and I get 1-2. But that month I decide to get an audio book. After reading medical books and biographies all the time I’m looking for a change.

I look at about 10 books and read the back side of them I can’t decide; just then my daughter hands me this cd box that reads “The Undomestic Goddess”

I decide to give it a chance after reading the back of the box;

hillary clintonOn a website named “women in charge” it wouldn’t be right without talking about women in charge… Those women accomplish good things and exist in the same arena with men, sometimes miles ahead of them.

Would you want to read some of them on this website? Just send me their names and I’ll research…

I think Hillary Clinton is one of the women that represents strong women. When she was a first lady she had to face with one of the most difficult situation that anybody has to face. Now she’s in Obama’s cabinet I think she’s fine, even though she wanted to be a president, she made herself useful to her country instead of pulling herself out of the game be forgotten eventually.
