weight It’s Wednesday and here is my update. Our kitchen is hopefully going to be finished by next week and then I can go on track again but lately I’ve been going out to eat with my family and my weight loss is not as much as I’d like. Anyway it’s still going down though, slowly but arrow shows down.

This week’s weight loss is 0.08 pound.
