I want to loose weight!

Before and after
Well I did it before… Really… And I lost 55 pounds… It’s not little. The whole “big” 55 pounds, it’s a small child size, (my daughter is 47 pounds now, if she were a little heavier it would be) exactly like giving birth to a child; a BIIIIGGG child.
Let me tell you how I did it;
First I went to a nutritionist, and then I checked with my doctors…
Nutritionist told me the simplest thing; EAT THE HALF OF WHAT YOU NORMALLY EAT, and eat the rest 2 hours later!
I said “is that it?” and she said “yes, that’s it”
Ok, I decided “I can do this”… But I didn’t…:(
A few months later when I was eating lunch, I didn’t have time to eat all so I kept the half of the food without realizing first that I was doing what the nutritionist said. Of course I remembered it later and I thought “I already started, so I’ll continue to eat like this”
First, a few days, then a few days become a few weeks, and a few weeks became a few months. I got used to eat less, before on one meal I used to eat 2 slices of pizza, and after a few months I could eat only half of a slice and eating the other half 2 hours later. I was loosing 1-2 pounds a week. In couple months I needed new clothes. Then more new clothes. I really liked the new “me” and “the new clothes”
. It was very different than all those other diets that tell you to count the calories, no carbs no nothing stuff.
Anyway I searched on the internet that eating this way makes the metabolism work faster and body doesn’t loose only water, you really loose the fat. And that’s the healthiest way, because when you go on an extreme diet your body loose water and if you skip 1 day you gain it back. But if you loose the fat you don’t gain it back quickly. This way you can even eat cookies (well, not the whole box
)
After loosing 55 pounds something happened (can’t remember what it was) and I started gaining weight. Now after 2 years I gained 30 pounds) I decided to do this diet again and starting this week I’m back at eating less 6 times a day. I’ll update my weight on this page every week. Hopefully I’ll be back at the same weight that I was 2 years ago.
