My weight update

With the ups and downs as of today the total of my weight loss is 4 lbs. I’m happy with the result. Also there is a decrease on my BMI… I’m walking 20 minutes every morning and working out 30 minutes. Sometimes I play tennis too. So I’m working out more than before and eating better. I hope to see better results soon. I’ll keep you posted…
