My weight update

weight lossWith the ups and downs as of today the total of my weight loss is 4 lbs. I’m happy with the result. Also there is a decrease on my BMI… I’m walking 20 minutes every morning and working out 30 minutes. Sometimes I play tennis too. So I’m working out more than before and eating better. I hope to see better results soon. I’ll keep you posted…

Well I did it before… Really… And I lost 55 pounds… It’s not little. The whole “big” 55 pounds, it’s a small child size,  (my daughter is 47 pounds now, if she were a little heavier it would be) exactly like giving birth to a child; a BIIIIGGG child.
