This is really big for me, I’m still on diet. I think it’s because it’s easy to follow and once you pass the hard part, then you just eat what you need to eat and loose weight. Now I love the food, I love the cereals or oatmeals or whatevet and the vegies. I never really wanted to eat these stuff before but now I love them, and this really surprises me.This week the weight change is not a lot because I ate desert couple times on two birthday parties. But still, I like even there is a little change…
